Mission Statement
Columbia Volleyball’s purpose is to build a strong and successful volleyball program. Focus will be on unity, skill development/technique, teamwork, leadership and character building. Emphasis will be on “success” and “learning with every opportunity”, not on “winning at any cost”. We are dedicated to the process of learning and are an extension of Columbia School’s classroom. We will seize every opportunity to demonstrate and build character in ourselves and our community. We are committed to the highest standards of sportsmanship, responsibility, dedication, teamwork, and academic excellence. We are accountable to our team, school, family, and community for every action (or lack of action) we display and every word we say on or off the volleyball court.
